SCOPE OF WORK
The existing roofing system terminated at a stone clad masonry parapet wall, leaving the roof/wall below the parapet structure exposed with no roofing flashings extended below or through the parapet wall. Specialized stone turning/shaping was completed to replace severely deteriorated stone spindles, and extensive copper work was completed to maintain the original look of this Heritage designated building and the roof was replaced with a sustainable roofing system with a life expectancy of 35 to 40 years.
