PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
The IRC preventive maintenance program uses state-of-the-art equipment to provide the necessary information to maintain a roof. Minor roof problems and potential problems are detected and reported. All information collected is reported in an "information at a glance" AUTOCAD format. This format allows for the organization of all information pertaining to the roof to be displayed on a single drawing. Such information as repair work, maintenance items, historical data, is displayed on a single drawing.
