PARKING STRUCTURES

The following program of services which we offer is designed to identify  any problems with parking structures, and to correct them in the most appropriate and economical manner.

The Condition Analysis

• Visual survey
• Chain dragging and rod tapping to locate and map hollowness and delamination
• Use of a cover meter to locate reinforcing rods
• Half cell testing to determine the extent of corrosion.
• Core cuts of slab for testing of strength, air void distribution and chloride ion concentration. 

All of the information gathered from the above procedures is complied into a Condition Analysis Report. The report outlines in detail, the present condition of the deck and presents recommendations for any rehabilitation necessary.
