Position: Receptionist/Clerk - Position Filled
Location: London, ON
Position Description:

Reporting Function


  • Hours of operation: 9:00 to 5:00 Monday to Thursday and 9:00 to 4:00 Friday
  • Lunch break: 12:30 to 1:00
  • Hours per week: 36.5 hrs


Major Duties and Responsibilities


  • Answer all incoming calls and relay messages as necessary
  • Greet and direct clients and visitors
  • Receive all courier deliveries
  • Receive, open and distribute all incoming mail
  • Prepare all outgoing mail
  • Prepare all outgoing courier packages
  • Responsible for entering Work Order data into Sage Accpac Project Job Costing
  • Responsible for  maintaining an accurate comprehensive Excel spread sheet filing system (Work Orders & IRC Identification numbers)
  • Responsible for printing and distributing Work Orders to all necessary parties
  • Assist in general administration functions (typing correspondence letters, proposals and draft documents)
  • Assist in general administration functions (excel, power point)
  • Track and record all vacation requests
  • Track and update in/out log
  • Load and start dishwasher at the end of each day
  • Maintain supplies for kitchen
  • Assist in the preparation of proposal, report and tender packages
  • Maintain the boardroom in a presentable manor
  • Log & reserve scheduled meetings in the boardroom 
  • Minimum 5 years experience in an office environment
